Reviews
Holy cow! This place was beyond amazing. Cheerful service, incredible food, huge portions and the yummiest food! We enjoyed the crispy French toast, home potatoes and I'm still hoarding my turkey avocado wrap and giant onion rings. Truly - we will be back!!
I absolutely love their crunchy french toast!! Definitely crunchy edge toast and the mint was a good tiny combination to it. We ordered the carnitas chilaquiles with sunnyside up. That was sooo good and it did have a slight spicy kick to it. The guava mimosa was so pretty it had little sparkles glitter in the drink and you could taste the actual guava. We got seated immediately with a party of 2. When I called on a sunday morning around 11 for reservations they stated only needed if party of 10 ppl.
Tasty breakfast, generous portion sizes, attentive staff, and nice atmosphere. We had the omelette to start with and finished with the cinnamon French toast. Omelette was excellent and the French toast with berries was good. Would come back again
A Chilaquile Lover's Paradise If you're a chilaquile aficionado, you must visit Brother's Cafe in Paso Robles. Their chilaquiles are nothing short of extraordinary. The perfect blend of flavors, textures, and spice levels make them the best I've had in the U.S. Beyond their signature dish, Brother's also offers a variety of other delicious breakfast options. Their breakfast burritos are packed with flavor and topped with fresh, homemade salsa. The pancakes and French toast are also crowd-pleasers, fluffy and delicious. The friendly and attentive staff adds to the overall positive dining experience. The family-friendly atmosphere makes it a great place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast with loved ones. If you're in Paso Robles, make sure to add Brother's to your must-visit list. You won't be disappointed!
It's been awhile since I've eaten at Brother's and they've improved. They are always busy so be prepared for a wait, and there is one of the improvements. They now have a buzzer system instead of waiting to listen for your name. They've upgraded the seating and the overall experience of the restaurant. Staff is attentive, nice and professional. Finally, food is good. I decided to try the biscuits and gravy and the biscuit was fresh, soft and perfect. Gravy and sausage was flavorful and a nice portion. Family got the French dip, avocado toast and French toast.
